The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Hosts 2000 from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
In addition, any site selling or promoting Bulk E-mail services is prohibited.
Pirated software, hackers programs or archives, and warez sites are strictly prohibited.
Web Hosts 2000 reserves the right to determine the suitability of all information, data or material submitted for hosting.

The sending of unsolicited e-mail (spamming), from a Web Hosts 2000 server is strictly prohibited.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Web Hosts 2000 server is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision is grounds for immediate termination of service contract without possibility of reactivation or refund of monies previously paid.
