To establish the terms and conditions by which a customer may pay Web Hosts 2000 for monthly services using a credit card Web Hosts 2000 provides the following terms and conditions.
By ordering services and providing Web Hosts 2000 with your credit card information you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and consent to all the terms and conditions herein.

1. Customer understands that Web Hosts 2000 is a hosting and design company and that credit card charges will appear as charges from Web Hosts 2000.

2. Customer understands and agrees that Web Hosts 2000 will automatically charge Customer’s credit card each month or annually, based upon chosen plan and payment options. Customer understands that Web Hosts 2000 will charge Customer’s credit card during the last week of the month.

3. Customer understands and agrees that Web Hosts 2000 will continue to charge Customer’s credit card for the term of the contract.

4. Customer warrants that the credit card information given to Web Hosts 2000 is accurate. Customer warrants that he/she is the lawful holder of said credit card and hereby authorizes Web Hosts 2000 to charge said credit card on a monthly or annual basis in the amount agreed to.
